He’s dynamic, down-to-earth, and irrepressibly direct. Known as one of the sharpest marketing minds and strategic planners in the Northwest, Jay serves as director of strategic planning and senior counsel for all TCI clients. His 40 years of experience encompass a lengthy list of clients. Above all, Jay is, himself, an inveterate traveler. So put him on either side of the ticket window, and he’s in very familiar territory.
A native Oregonian, Stuart has an in-depth understanding of Oregon and an appreciation for the wonderful experiences our state has to offer. He also understands the value of a strong, well-managed brand. His two decades of marketing experience include exhaustive and innovative work developing and directing strategic marketing efforts for two of Oregon’s favorite local brands — Oil Can Henry’s and Kitchen Kaboodle.
Brooke brings a solid 20-year background in production and graphic design and is responsible for delivering all projects on time and on budget. Her organization and communication skills along with a keen eye for detail make her an asset on any type of project. Brooke is a driving force for consistency and quality. She has held the titles of graphic designer, project coordinator, art director and production manager on a wide variety of projects. Outside the office, Brooke enjoys gardening, music and “adventurous cooking” (don’t ask).
Jeff considers his forte the concept. He works to ensure clients don’t just receive innovative creative and design solutions but that they receive smart, sound creative that gets attention, and more importantly — results. He brings over 20 years of advertising and design experience to bear for us and has worked for a diverse range of clients that include some of the nation’s top corporations along with a wide variety of tourism-related accounts. Skiing, camping, music, softball and a wide range of other sporting activities are among his loves. Not to mention his wife, Karen, and his two sons.

As our accounting guru, Elizabeth is responsible for billing the client, paying the bills and monitoring payroll and human resources for our employees. With thirty years of a varied accounting background in medical, retail, wholesale and advertising she has the experience to get the job done. Away from work, you’ll find her curled up with a good book and her dog, Otis. Elizabeth has read from A to Z in more than one section of the Milwaukie Public Library.
